The working principle of
ultrasonic cleaning machineSound waves with a frequency exceeding 20kHz are called ultrasonic waves. Ultrasonic cleaning, degassing, and extraction are accomplished by the cavitation of ultrasonic waves in liquids. The process is as follows:
The circuit makes the transducer generate ultrasonic frequency vibration, and the energy is radiated to the cleaning liquid in the cleaning tank, causing the high and low pressure of the cleaning liquid to convert each other.
During the low pressure stage, tens of thousands and increasing numbers of tiny air bubbles form in the washer. This process is called cavitation, the formation of cavities.
In the high-pressure stage, the bubble begins to burst, or implodes inward; a shock wave is generated instantaneously, causing an instantaneous high pressure of more than 1,000 atmospheres and a high temperature in the micro-region around the bubble. The huge mechanical force generated by this repeated process continuously impacts the surface of the object in all directions. It can quickly peel off the dirt on the surface of the object and in the gap to achieve the purpose of cleaning, degassing and extraction.
Ultrasonic cleaning machine detailed instructions
1. Equipment installation
Equipment installation should pay attention to the circuit to meet the maximum power requirements of the equipment, preferably in an independent circuit. Secondly, pay attention to the size of the workbench and the size of the equipment, as well as the length of the equipment pipeline and the positional relationship between the faucet and the drain pipe
2. Add water
When adding water, it should be noted that the water level must be between the mix and max scales of the cleaning tank, and it is also required that the object to be cleaned must be immersed. Devices with automatic water filling will stop adding water when the water level reaches max.
3. Heating function
For models with heating function, the heating temperature can be set up to 80 degrees Celsius. When the set temperature is lower than the actual temperature, the heating function will not be turned on.
4. Power setting
The ultrasonic power is adjustable, ranging from 0 to 99%, which can be adjusted according to the actual situation.
5. Frequency setting
The equipment can be divided into single-frequency version and dual-frequency version according to frequency. The single-frequency frequency is 40kHz, and the dual-frequency frequency is 28kHz and 40kHz.
6. Addition of cleaning agent
Not all cases require the addition of cleaning agents. For difficult-to-clean stains, suitable cleaning agents can be added to help clean them. If it has a heating function, it is better to wait until the water temperature is around 40 degrees Celsius.
7. Pretreatment before cleaning
If possible, it is best to disassemble the item to be cleaned before cleaning, so that the cleaning rate will be faster. If there are a large number of relatively large stains on the surface of the object to be cleaned, it can be cleaned manually beforehand, so as not to affect the cleaning effect.
8. Treatment after cleaning
When the cleaning task is completed, the water in the cleaning tank should be drained. It is best to use an air compressor to completely blow out the liquid in the water inlet and drain. At the same time, the interior of the cleaning tank should also be dry.
9. Switch on and off the washing machine
In any case, it is forbidden to start the machine without liquid in the cleaning tank, which will cause great damage to the equipment. If you want to stop the cleaning process, press the stop button, and then press the start button to continue running the unfinished cleaning task. When shutting down, first turn off the main switch on the side of the machine, and then unplug the power plug.
