3. Ultrasonic vibration cleaning method is used in first-line production
This method uses the characteristics that ultrasonic waves can cause great acceleration and force of the medium particles when they are transmitted in the solid medium. The ultrasonic waves are transmitted to the workpiece to be cleaned through the vibrating head and the horn, and then the medium particles of the workpiece are at a high speed at the equilibrium position.
